RNS boarding is special in so many ways. Each residence has its own activities and traditions, and RNS residential staff ensure everyone feels included and can relax and have fun in the evenings and on weekends. Our long-weekend trips include travel to major cities such as Toronto, Montreal, Boston, Washington, and New York City. The Round Square program also enables students to make a meaningful difference through service around the world.

“Students grow here socially and emotionally, all under the watchful eye of a dedicated community of adults, many of whom are their teachers,” says Mr. Derek McCallum, RNS faculty and Houseparent. “Boarders receive additional academic support, learn to respect and share common spaces, participate in House outings and activities, and create lasting memories and a strong network they can rely on for life.”

Thousands of RNS boarders have returned to campus for Reunion Weekend to relive their memories of living and learning on the Hill. Their smiles, laughter, hugs, and happy tears prove that boarding at RNS in New Brunswick is truly transformative.
