Turks and Caicos Welcomes Arc, the Final Neighbourhood at South Bank

At South Bank, located on Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands, life follows the water, with boats heading out across the turquoise waters of the Caicos Bank each morning, and owners and guests enjoying beachfront dinners at sunset each evening.

Since opening in November 2024, this luxury residential resort and marina community in the Turks and Caicos Islands has welcomed owners and guests across three distinct neighbourhoods, The Boathouses, The Lagoon Villas, and The Ocean Estate. The resort offers a full complement of amenities and allows guests to book a stay while residence owners enjoy an established community embellished by world-class services, including Lua Beach House, the resort's signature waterfront restaurant and lifestyle destination, named Restaurant of the Year by the Turks and Caicos Hotel and Tourism Association in February 2026.

A Landmark by Piero Lissoni

This December, South Bank welcomes its fourth, final, and flagship neighbourhood, Arc, designed by world-renowned Italian architect Piero Lissoni. Named to Architectural Digest Italia's prestigious AD100 list, Lissoni brings his signature architectural language to a collection of just 17 Sky Villas, conceived under the ethos of elevated beachfront living. Lissoni's design favours clean lines and a dialogue between interior and exterior spaces. Arc was recently recognised in the 2026 Branded Living Awards, where it was named Best Architect-Branded Residence.

Ownership at Arc

Life in a Sky Villa moves easily between indoors and out, from a swim in a private, raised, heated pool or hot tub to a rinse under the outdoor rain shower, beneath views that shift with the light. Each two- or three-bedroom residence is finished with a bespoke Boffi kitchen and Gaggenau appliances, and includes a lockout bedroom with its own outdoor living space for guests. Elevator access, exclusive or shared between two Sky Villas, and underground parking complete each residence. A limited number of Sky Villas remain available.

Life at Arc

Arc residents and guests will have access to the serviced Arc Beach, a resident's lounge, a boardroom, and a dedicated Arc pool and gym. Dining is anchored by Sora, an intimate Japanese omakase restaurant seating just 22 guests across two nightly seatings. Together, these spaces extend daily life at Arc beyond the residence itself, in both privacy and community.

Arc's arrival in December 2026 completes South Bank's vision: a luxury residential resort and marina community where architecture, hospitality, and island life meet. For those considering ownership or a stay at South Bank, Arc adds design distinction to a resort already open and ready to be experienced.
